1) In your own words, please
describe the research of the paper you are reviewing in 2-3
sentences
2) Please provide comments on what
you think were GOOD in the paper.
3) Discuss the overall clarity of
the paper. Is there anything specific you would like to address in
any specific area? (Introduction, Methodology, Analysis of Data,
Results, Conclusion, Discussion, etc.)
4) Read the abstract before and
after reading the paper. Does the abstract adequately summarize
the author's work?
5) Does the paper address the
necessary categories required by the paper rubric? If no, please
indicate the missing areas. Also comments on style, figure,
grammar, references, etc. It may be easier to comment on this
question on the copy of the paper itself.
6) Please provide recommendations
for the author to improve her or his paper.
Paper Evaluation
Process:
Paper must not have been previously
published or currently submitted for publication elsewhere. All
papers should be submitted to the Managing Editor and will be
evaluated for originality, significance, clarity and technical
correctness. Names of referees will be kept confidential, but
their comments will be made known to the corresponding author at
the discretion of the Editor-in-Chief. Authors are solely
responsible for the accuracy of statements made in the paper.
Proof will be suitable edited by the Editor-in-Chief.
